Have you ever noticed life throws you a curve ball just when you think you've figured it all out?? I love my kids but sometimes they just make me crazy!!! We are all doing better....somewhat, lol! What are we going to do about this economy it's so bizarre. I'm scared to see what has to happen for it even to get better! Thank goodness uncle Sam saw fit to pay us back all our overpayment from last year, every little bit helps. I finally get to drive my F450 again, it has been parked for the last 3 months cuz it needs 6 tires and a rear rotor. It's all about money, man I'm tired of it!!!

I got two new tattoos, I like them, I'll put up some pictures so you can see them.

We're gonna be going to Vegas for my Dad's 80th birthday party at the end of May and first of June, can't wait for that!!! But I really can't believe he's turning 80!! Then in August we are going to Montana for a 3 week vacation to visit my parents at their summer home, can't wait for that either!

I've been on Facebook finding a lot of my old high school friends, it's really been fun! I even found an old boyfriend, he turned out to be pretty cool.

We were ushers at church this last month for the first time, we are so blessed to have such an awesome church family. We like being involved there, we usher, go to group meetings on Monday's, I go to ladies bible study on Tuesday's, Wednesday's night is regular bible study, every other Thursday's is couples study and Sunday's is church, whew!

Anyway that's an update of us, what have you been doing??

Well Christmas was a blast this year! We got to spend time with everyone it was so great! I'd say the kids did pretty well in the Santa department considering the state of things with us. The girls got allot of the necessity items along with clothes. Daniel on the other hand got lots of toys, he was very stoked! And of course Santa was good to Kim and I too, Kim got the "Dodge Challenger" he's been wanting (only in a model scale version)!!! Me I got some jewelry and Tinkerbell trinkets. Kass and Jake got me a "Christmas Bear" from build a bear, it is so cute!! My Mom & Dad got me the Hamilton Beach Brew Station (Coffee Maker) I'd been wanting, yay!!! Here are some pictures of our wonderful Christmas, enjoy cuz we sure did!

Christmas 2008

Well it's getting to be that time of year, which I just love! Christmas, Santa, Family and Presents! Today it snowed here for the first time in I don't know how long! Brittany said that this was only the second time it has snowed in her lifetime and the last time it snowed she was like 4 so yeah..... I drove out in it today to go take Daniel to school and to go to Yucca to Wallmart. The roads were hairy and scary! They closed the main grade into town so there is allot of cars backed up along the highway. Oh well I've been inside baking all day and enjoying the snow The house is all decorated, the tree is up and the Christmas candles are burning away! All the presents have been bought and wrapped except for my great nephew Seth, not sure what to get him, probably clothes.

Kassie is coming in a week, I can't wait!!!! She will be here for 6 days this time but her and Jake are planning to come out for about 2 weeks around March, they will drive it rather than fly. It will be so nice to have her home for Christmas, I miss her soooooooooooo much!

Well that's all for now, here are some pictures I took today of the snow, enjoy them cuz I sure did!

Today we had Daniel's 10th birthday party at the bowling alley. Drew, Brandon, Mariah, Gilbert, Charday and Nana & Pap Pap were all there. We usually have more but everyone was busy doing their thing, but that's ok he still had a great time! He had a dirt bike cake, got lots of clothes and a few toys. He really needed the clothes, he grew out of all his pants from last winter! He's getting wider not taller, lol!

October 11th, 2008

We renewed our wedding vows after 26 years of marriage. It was the most amazing ceremony, Pastor Jerel officiated, which was wonderful, I truly admire that man. We lit the Unity Candle, took Communion and exchanged rings. I tell ya this wedding was better than the first! I think it meant so much more to me because I'm older. Sabrina Bennett did my makeup that day and Sharon Hawkins did my hair, I felt like a princess! Almost all our family & friends were there to share in this memorable event. The song they played as we walked down the isle was "Because you loved me" by Celine Dion. I picked out all the music and arranged the whole event, all in all I think I did a pretty good job, it went off without a hitch! Here's to another 26 years, so we can do it again!! LOL!!
